Dear viewer, thank you for your inquiry. Lifestyle changes should begin in stages, making simple but small changes can lead to huge benefits in the long run. First, start by eliminating all refine sugars, processed foods, white flour (gluten) and dairy products from your diet as much as you can. If you cannot completely eliminate them then examine how often you eat them and set a plan to reduce the frequency you eat them. Remember that it takes 6 weeks to form a new habit and in order to effectively eliminate a “bad” habit you need to replace it with a good habit. Therefore, have a game plan to replace your soda with sparking mineral water, or plain mineral water for example otherewise you will by automatic default resort to your old habits when under stress or short on time.

The next life style change is to cook and prepare your own meals so you are in control of all the ingredients.Eat pure and clean as much as possible. Food additives in restraunts and pre-prepared foods are high in salt and fats that cause the body to retain water. We have a coaching program where we analyze with you your diet and lifestyle and help you plot a specific course of action weekly to stay on track with your health goals and this can be done with Immune Matrix online. We will also monitor your lab values to make sure that weigh issue are not hindered by low hormone function or usage.
Stay active at lest 3 times a week, move…walk..get moving.. Pay close attention to your blood sugar level where it always should stay in a healthy level.
