Acid Reflux

We’ve all seen the TV commercials about:

  • bloating
  • constipation
  • gas
  • diarrhea

And the claims of how one pill of a drug will stop all that. If you buy into the brainwashing of commercials you give away your power to eradicate your symptoms and be drug free. The body has a tremendous capacity to heal and most conditions are caused and aggravated by our lifestyle, by what we eat. That can be a hard statement to swallow because it suggests that you bear a huge responsibility for your dis-ease and symptoms. However, the flip side is that you have more power than you think to reverse your troubling symptoms. Even if you think you are a victim of your genetics, there is much you can do to alleviate your symptoms by knowing what foods to eat and what to avoid.

Digestive issues are more than troubling symptoms of bloating, constipation, gas, or diarrhea. Your digestion is the key to your health because what we eat becomes the fiber of our body either to make it strong and healthy and enable its repair or to cause a break down and deterioration in its structure from malnutrition of key nutrients that some systems in the body need more of than others. It’s a delicate balance; therefore, when one system of the body, such as the liver, is unable to harness sufficient magnesium to handle the processing of our ever increasing toxic load, what results is an ever increasing number of symptoms from constipation, muscle tightness and stiffness or spasms.
