The limits of electro-stimulation are still the liver cell's metabolism and its ability to break down, bind and excrete toxins in Phase 1-3 methyalation. Electro-stim may aid in lymphatic and cellular movement but it does not replace the chemistry involved in breaking down or binding toxins. Most individuals have slow lymphatic drainage and electro-stim and lazer therapy helps to move lymphatic drainage thus facilitating the elimination of toxins already bound for excretion

Have you heard of Doctor Gary Gordon's electro-magnetic pulse machine? It gets toxins out my stimulating the cells magnetically so they release the toxins.

Frequency of the consumed food is another factor, though not as critical as the quantity, how prepared, and quality.

All fundamental foods can be good for most people, much of the time.
You're body responds to everything you consume. It's up to each person to have the awareness of what the body indicates by response.
The response will also be a matter of how the body desires the food first of all, how the prepared is prepared, the quality, and the quantity.
Specific examples of responses:
How well the body digests the food, - poorly/messily, or cleanly.
Skin conditions that can be correlated with food consumptions.
(Also realizing the body can store offending substances which can later 'surface' in the form of inflammations, whether psoriatic/eczematic or rash-like.
Excess fats(regardless of source) show up as inflammation on the skin.
Pustules can be due to soybean oil consumption(such as with some manufactured foods)
Pustules on the legs due to soybean oil consumption or 'excess' consumption of sardines, even without oil and salt(hmmm, maybe 'mercury', or just 'old fat')
Excess sugar or acids, regardless of source can result in cracks in corners of mouth, or cracks on fingers, or cracks at juncture of toes to foot.
Excess sugar(over long term) along with inadequate quality protein sources can lead to weaker skin, which can peel when abrased.
Raw peanuts can lead to joint problems in humans.
Not consuming alcoholic beverages can result in more clogging of ones blood stream system.
And so on, and so forth,....with various other scenarios.
Basic deal is to 'get in / be in tune', and use food to fuel, maintain, and perform in life, in balance, which is enjoyable. The food you eat is enjoyed because you select what you desire that you thrive with, and whatever doesn't work so well that you may consume, you minimize or eliminate.

Just sayin,
You're body gives you the answers by desire and response(and results and conclusions),
(each and everyone one of us that is)
